Todd Demetriades is featured in the Florida Bar News for joining Ball Janik LLP as special counsel in the firm’s Orlando office. Demetriades has over 25 years of litigation experience in residential and commercial real estate matters for general contractors, HOAs, and colleges. Demetriades focuses on defect claims, contract reviews, bond disputes, and various other matters related to construction. He is also a veteran of arbitration and mediation.
