Overview
Meaghan is a construction litigation paralegal in Ball Janik’s Tampa office. Meaghan assists Ball Janik’s construction defect attorneys on condominium and homeowner association matters, real estate transactions, insurance recovery, and first-party damage claims. A key team member, Meaghan takes copious trial notes and prepares various documents related to construction litigation claims. Formerly, Meaghan was also a personal injury, mass tort and guardianship/trust litigation paralegal at prior firms, where she conducted legal research, managed case files, and performed administrative duties.
Meaghan earned her associate’s degree in General Studies and Humanities from Northwestern Michigan College. She is a Notary Public in the State of Florida, a NALA-certified paralegal, and a Florida registered paralegal.
