Overview
Izaac A. (Zac) Polukoff is an attorney in the firm’s Construction Defect Practice Group, based in Miami. He focuses on resolving complex legal issues and developing strategic solutions to support his clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Zac serves as the Committee Chair for the Miami Bar Association’s Construction Law Section. Zac is also the Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the American Bar Association’s Construction Law Division.
Zac holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He began his studies at Vanderbilt University, where he double majored in philosophy and film, developing a passion for fine art, music, and classical Greek architecture. This fascination and a keen eye for detail fuels his dedication to construction defect law. Zac takes great pride in ensuring that the physical quality of buildings lives up to the promise and beauty of their design.
Before joining Ball Janik, Zac honed his legal skills with experience in privacy compliance and international regulations.
Outside the office, Zac enjoys playing hockey, jamming with buddies, and spending time outdoors skiing, fishing, and camping.
