Ball Janik recently moved into a new office in downtown Portland’s One Main Place Tower, turning the contemporary space into a modern office to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment for its employees and clients. The firm moved from the 10th to the 18th floor and worked with LRS Architects to design the new office.
The firm’s redesign includes a wellness room, seating nooks, coffee lounge, corridor benches where firm employees can meet in a casual setting, and spectacular views of the downtown. Each design element was carefully crafted to ensure the firm’s central premise was reinforced and the space itself felt welcoming, collaborative, inclusive, and safe.
“We have always been a progressive law firm with an eye towards the future,” said Heather. “As we continue to grow, we are committed to providing our employees a welcoming, modern, and safe work environment.”
