Ball Janik LLP is pleased to announce Damien Hall was appointed to the Board of Commissioners for Home Forward, the housing authority for the cities of Portland, Gresham, and all of Multnomah County. Home Forward provides affordable housing throughout Multnomah County, serving 15,000 households and more than 33,000 residents. For more than 70 years, Home Forward has championed shelter and support for their neighbors in need.
Damien Hall is a land use and real estate attorney at Ball Janik LLP. Mr. Hall has worked for several years representing both property owners and local governments, and his approach is based on working collaboratively with developers, local government, and communities to establish common objectives and allow clients to achieve their development goals. His background is in urban planning and development, and he regularly assists clients with real estate transactions, natural resources law, municipal law, and formation and organization of business entities. Mr. Hall is a member of the National Black Lawyers Top 100, and he is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington, and California. Mr. Hall received his J.D. in 2008 from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, and his B.S. in Public Policy, Planning and Management, in 2005 from University of Southern California.
