Defined By Our People.
Dedicated attorneys, paralegals and staff work together to achieve the goals of our clients and the firm. We are always looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals ready to advance our clients’ objectives.
Supportive Environment
Our supportive and collegial culture sets us apart from other Northwest law firms. Our working environment for both professionals and support staff is hospitable and personally engaging. We maintain high standards of courtesy and respect, promote humor and camaraderie, and encourage a sense of community within the organization. We offer the opportunity to pursue a challenging legal career that is reasonably balanced with outside personal, family, and community interests. To help achieve this balance, we make part-time opportunities available to all professionals, including both partners and non-partners.
Formal and informal social events are regular occurrences at the firm. We regularly celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and employee arrivals and farewells with beverages, hors d’oeuvres, conversation, and laughter. We also host annual events where we bring together people from all areas of the firm such as holiday dinners, bowling tournaments and summer picnics. Friday Happy Hour and getting-acquainted lunches for new associates help strengthen communication and cohesiveness among professionals and staff of all levels. We place a high value on each individual’s contributions to the firm’s success.

Partnership Track
It is the firm’s hope that all associates will become partners. The time frame for an associate to become a partner is approximately eight to ten years, although this may be adjusted depending upon the associate’s development. Admission to the partnership occurs approximately six months after an associate is voted a partner.
Compensation & Benefits
The firm is committed to providing a compensation and benefits package for associates that is competitive with those offered by leading area firms. Salaries are based upon experience and level of professional development.
Our two-tier bonus system is designed to recognize and reward those associates who satisfy the firm’s minimum billable hour expectation and produce superior work and, separately, to compensate associates for exceptionally hard work that directly benefits clients and increases the productivity of the firm.
For lateral attorneys coming from other jurisdictions, the firm allows three weeks of paid leave to study and sit for the Bar examination, in addition to covering fees for the Bar examination, Bar review course, and Multi-state Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE).
