In an article published in Attorney at Law Magazine on 12/26, it was announced that attorney Morgan Lester has rejoined Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect Practice. Lester previously worked for Ball Janik from 2020 to 2022.
“It’s an honor to return to the firm,” said Lester. “I am excited to resume work with my colleagues and to continue striving to obtain the best results for our clients on construction defect matters.”
Lester focuses her legal practice on assisting owners and community associations with construction defect claims, including litigation and mediation. As part of the construction defect and litigation teams, she works closely with clients to help them protect their assets and investments.
