Attorney at Law Magazine has featured the firm’s new Fort Lauderdale office. Attorney Stephen M. Hauptman has joined and is overseeing the firm’s fourth location in Florida as Special Counsel.
Hauptman brings over 20 years of experience in defending and prosecuting complex construction claims and insurance disputes. Prior to joining Ball Janik LLP, Hauptman’s litigation efforts resulted in the recovery of over $50 million in defective construction claims for community associations and other property owners. Hauptman has regularly sued insurance companies for bad faith and unpaid benefits.
