Rob Wilkinson joined Ball Janik LLP in 2001. His principal areas of practice include commercial and construction litigation.
A graduate of Northwestern University (B.A. in American History 1991), Mr. Wilkinson earned his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1999, where he served as an articles editor of the Oregon Law Review. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Wilkinson worked for two years as a judicial clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Janice M. Stewart of the District of Oregon.
Mr. Wilkinson is admitted to practice in Oregon, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and Washington.
