Mr. Taylor graduated from Brown University (B.A., cum laude, Public Policy, 1999) and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. After spending two years as an Assistant Analyst for the Congressional Budget Office in Washington, D.C., Mr. Taylor earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 2004 from Willamette University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Taylor was elected to the Order of the Barristers, honored as the best oral advocate at the 2004 Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, and awarded the Bruce Spaulding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy.

	Lead counsel representing buyer in litigation seeking specific performance of real estate contract for the purchase of multi-million dollar development property. Achieved a favorable settlement.
	Second-chair trial counsel during week long jury trial representing hotel property owner against public bodies that restricted our client's access to the property for public use. Obtained unanimous favorable jury verdict.
	Second-chair trial counsel during multi-day preliminary injunction hearing representing office building property owner against commercial tenant in a dispute over repairs and improvements to the property. Obtained favorable decision denying injunction.
	Second-chair trial counsel during multi-day preliminary injunction hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court representing secured lenders opposing the debtor's motion for a preliminary injunction. Obtained favorable decision denying injunction.
