Thorkild G. Tingey joined Ball Janik LLP in 2007. His principal area of practice is land use.

Mr. Tingey is a graduate of Colorado College (B.S. Biology, 2000). He earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 2007 from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where he was the Current Materials Editor of the school’s law review, Environmental Law.

Mr. Tingey is admitted to practice in Oregon.
