Brian T. Crevasse is special counsel with Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect practice group. Mr. Crevasse’s practice concentrates on the representation of owners in construction defect matters. He is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law, designated by the Florida Bar as an expert in Construction Law (fewer than 1% of all lawyers in Florida have achieved this designation). He was selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2009-2014, and has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list from 2015-2019.
Prior to Mr. Crevasse’s role at Ball Janik, he focused his practice on the representation of owners and associations in construction defect claims, as well as general construction litigation, including payment disputes, lien law issues, payment bond claims, surety bond claims, bid protests, and delay claims. Brian’s previous representation of clients in all areas of the construction industry gives him unique insight and ability to emphasize success and maximize returns in defect disputes against builders and developers.
