Ball Janik LLP Adds Anthony Blake to Its Portland, Oregon Office


Portland, Oregon – September 22, 2016. Ball Janik LLP added Anthony Blake as an associate in its Construction and Litigation practice groups. Anthony will represent residential and commercial owners in construction defect claims of all types.

Before joining Ball Janik, Mr. Blake served as a law clerk, working on various litigation matters, including analysis of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the impact of administrative dissolution on a LLC’s membership units, and school district negligence. During law school, Mr. Blake served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ann Aiken, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Oregon.

Outside of the office, Mr. Blake is a dedicated member of the community and volunteers with several organizations, including St. Andrew Nativity School and Lewis & Clark’s Black Law Student Association. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to audio books, challenging workouts, and music.
