Bradshaw will present a seminar entitled “U.S. Government Contracting – Strategies, Burdens and Benefits of Selling to the Feds” as part of the Oregon Bioscience Association’s CFO Seminar Series. The seminar will provide an easy-to-understand overview of the government procurement process and the headline issues that companies often face when taking on a government contract.

Craig Crotteau advocates for clients before Congress and key federal agency decision makers, applying more than 20 years of experience to his practice in defense, environmental and natural resource issues. He provides strategic insights on federal legislation and agency programs, helping clients develop and implement their strategic marketing initiatives. He focuses on Department of Defense agencies, but also has significant experience with the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Crotteau has assisted a number of public ports and private developers with infrastructure, land use and real estate matters.
James Bradshaw supports companies in pursuing and performing contracts with military and civilian agencies of governments throughout the world. He helps clients understand the complexities of U.S. government procurement regulations and implement solutions designed to facilitate compliance with such regulations. He represents companies operating at both the prime contract and subcontract level, as well as those selling to governments directly or through an intermediary.
