The Running Y Ranch

The Land Use practice represented the developer site, the Running Y Ranch, a 5,000 acre destination resort on Upper Klamath Lake in Southern Oregon. The resort includes 82 lodge rooms, a variety of vacation homes and townhomes, a fitness center and spa, retail center and restaurants, as well as an Arnold Palmer golf course which has been honored by Golf Digest as one of "America's 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses."
