Lender Action Against Guarantor

Kevin Rosenfield represented a lender seeking repayment of a multi-million dollar commercial loan to a failed developer.  Our client filed a lawsuit against the guarantor of the loan, winning summary judgment against the guarantor and his community property.  After exchanging appellate briefs, we subsequently entered into a settlement agreement with the guarantor, whereby the guarantor paid the lender a multi-million dollar figure that represented nearly the full amount of the unpaid loan.
