Clear AFS Radar Upgrade Project

Our client was a subcontractor for the construction of a $107 million military radar facility.  As a result of defective specifications and differing site conditions, our client incurred millions in additional costs.  When the prime contractor refused to pay the change orders, we sued under the Miller Act, resulting in a multi-million dollar recovery for the client.
