Kevin A. Rosenfield

Kevin Rosenfield is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area. He has experience representing clients in a broad range of complex business and commercial disputes, including construction law, government contracts, product liability, creditor rights litigation, and various breach of contract actions. His practice emphasizes construction law, including counseling and dispute resolution arising from the award and performance of government contracts and construction projects. Mr. Rosenfield represents clients in diverse industries from around the world (including the Far East, Australia, Latin America, and throughout the United States) on the full array of issues facing these industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rosenfield was an attorney in the Seattle office of K&L Gates LLP, formerly Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, where he focused on commercial litigation in both state and federal courts with a heavy emphasis on construction law and product liability. He utilized his construction and litigation experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts as well as dispute resolution with both public and private clients. He has also represented numerous manufacturers in defense of various tort and product liability claims.

Mr. Rosenfield has experience handling all phases of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal. He has appeared and successfully argued in both state and federal courts, including appellate courts, and has participated in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.
